Housing Co-Operative Group Housing Society has been registered Delhi
State/Multistate at Central Registrar vide registration No.
MSCS/CR/1105/2014. The members of the society are a group of committed
individuals/Corporate/&Government Sector who have vast knowledge of real
estate market. The principal object of the Aspen
Housing Society is to promote the interests of all its members
to attain their social, economic and housing betterment through self-help and
mutual aid in accordance with the cooperative Group Housing Society principles.

About Us
We introduce ourselves as Aspen Multi State Co-Operative Group Housing
Society Ltd having its principal objective of providing housing to its members

Ministries etc.

Payment Plan
Payment Plan
The payment of
Flats shall be collected in two parts (download payment
plan) i.e. Land cost and construction Cost which shall be payable as
under:
Land cost @ Rs
1750/- Sq ft (w.e.f. 1st June 2015)

Note :
- Tentative
construction cost is Rs 2,000/- psf. estimated on the basis of prevailing
rates. However exact construction cost & other allied charges shall be
decided on approval of Building plans from concerned authorities.
- Applicable
service tax and any other government levi shall be payable as and when due
with concerned authorities.
- Escalation
free Land Cost shall be freezed at the time of booking.
- All
payments to be made in favour of “Aspen Multi State CGHS Ltd”.
Construction Cost
The tentative
construction cost will be Rs 2000 psf and shall be paid as per the Construction
Link Plan.
Possession Time
Frame
The possession
would be within 36 months from the date of start of construction after
approvals of building plans.
Surrender of
Membership
A member will have
an option to surrender the membership on completion of one year of booking by
submitting a written application for withdrawal and the decision of managing
committee shall be final.
Refund Policy
Amount received
till the date of surrendering of membership shall be refundable to the member
subject to admission of a new member.
Transfer policy
A member may
transfer membership to new member on payment of nominal fee to the society.
However the transfer of membership to a family member will not attract any
transfer fee.

member
The applicant may
submit an application form for booking a unit along with a pre fixed booking
amount.
